Latest UPSC Exam Notifications

UPSC is India’s central agency that conducts different competitive exams for services
like Indian Foreign Service, Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service,
Combined Medical Services, Combined Defence Services, etc. UPSC conducts the
various Indian civil service exams every year to recruit aspiring candidates to fill the
vacant post in different departments. A huge number of aspirants desire to give these
prestigious exams. As the exams can give candidates an envied career for life, the
preparations must be massive. Candidates preparing for UPSC exams must be well
aware of the exam dates and the last date to apply for the examination. So, those
candidates who are in search of getting reputed positions under Union Public Service
Commission (UPSC) must go through the latest UPSC Exam notification and apply
through the proper method as per as their interest.

The UPSC exam is mainly conducted in 3 phases and the notification is released in the
month of April.
1. Preliminary Exam: Here candidates are asked objective-type questions (aptitude
test and general studies). It is a UPSC Online Exam.
2. Mains Exam: It is a subjective type exam which mainly consists of nine papers.
3. Interview: After the two stages candidates have to go through a personal interview.

Aspiring candidates should be completely thorough with the exam syllabus and Age
Limit Of IAS before applying for the examination. UPSC syllabus is divided into prelims
and mains. The syllabus of preliminary is mainly designed to test the candidate's
knowledge of aptitude and current affairs. The mains exam tests the candidate's ability
in their academic subjects and specialized subjects. Candidates clearing both prelims
and mains exams are eligible for personal interview.
